Created by Nicolas Fonseca , Michel Lam and Thomas Payette, the experience mixes gastronomy, performing arts, immersive projections and Opera.
Under the culinary direction of chef Clément Boivin (Cuisine Libre!), renowned for his mastery of forest-based cuisine, and in collaboration with pastry chef Catherine Lépine-Lafrance, the meal becomes a five-course sensory evening imagined as a journey through the cycle of nature.
Each performance brings together around a hundred guests under the Société des Arts Technologiques' immersive projection dome for a banquet where thrills, discovery, and delight come together.
A collaboration with the Opéra de Montréal.
9 shows presented in November 2025, 8 shows in February 2026 and 16 shows are planned to November 2026.
