In the Mouth

In the Mouth is a series of gastronomic evenings where stories are told, shared and eaten. Participants are at the center of the experience since menus and interactions are designed around each person's food biography, collected through a customized questionnaire.

Participants must get to know one another in order to find out what they're eating. The answers to the menu lay within their most vivid food memories and associations. No two nights are the same. This dinner series began in 2014 with a first series of suppers held at the Phi Center in Montreal. Since then, over 40 editions have been held in different cities.
